WHO PAYS YOU?

If you are diagnosed with cancer your health insurance may cover some of the medical costs, but not all.  In addition, your income could be reduced or may even stop during cancer treatment and recovery, but your bills won't stop.  So who pays you?

Cancercheck pays a onetime lump sum benefit.  You may use the money for:

• Utilities and food
• Loan payment
• Medical expenses not covered by insurance
• Miscellaneous expenses

CANCERCHECK CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A ONE TIME LUMP SUM PAYMENT AMOUNT OF:

$5000 TO $50,000 (varies by state)

You choose your desired lump sum payment amount when you purchase your policy.

PAYS ON EACH INSURED FAMILY MEMBER DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER:

• Yourself
• Your Spouse
• Your dependents

PAYS YOU AND ONLY YOU.

Not the doctors. Not the hospitals.  CancerCheck benefits cannot be assigned.  You can use your lump sum payment in addition to any other health insurance you may have.  You receive your payment quickly...without having to submit any claims or bills!

WE GUARANTEE...

Premiums on your policy will never increase, and coverage will never be canceled, as long as premiums are paid.

Coverage continues for each covered insured until he or she receives a claim payment, or until a covered adult reaches age 65, or a covered dependent reaches age 25 (varies by state).

COVERAGE

Cancercheck does not cover all cancers.  Benefits are paid for any form of new malignant growth within the body.  Skin cancer, however, is not covered.

WHO CAN BUY IT?

Individuals age 16 to 60.

Acceptance will be based upon answers to the questions on your application for insurance.
